to the website for Stars and Stripes Officials Association
(SSOA). SSOA is a basketball officials association, which
provides services for Leagues and Tournaments covering Northern
Virginia, DC, and parts of Maryland. The members of SSOA are
officials who work all levels of basketball, including
Professional, Collegiate, High School and AAU. SSOA’s mission is
to provide training to basketball officials while providing a top
quality product to its clients.
